CodeFounder.ai (Viable Link Inc.) ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with our website and services, and is designed to comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
We may collect contact details (name, email, phone, company) submitted through our contact forms and signup flow, business information you provide when configuring an AI agent (business hours, services offered, knowledge base content), and standard usage data such as browser type and pages visited. When your AI agent handles a real call or conversation on your behalf, we process caller-provided information (name, contact details, appointment details) only as needed to deliver that service.
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or Google Business Profile through our Social Media Manager, we receive and store the access tokens and account identifiers those platforms grant (e.g. Page ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID) so we can publish content and respond to messages on your behalf, strictly within the permissions you approve on that platform's own consent screen. For accounts where you enable AI auto-replies, we process the inbound message or comment text — and, for WhatsApp, the sender's phone number and profile name — in order to generate and send a reply.
In line with PIPEDA's 10 fair information principles, we are accountable for personal information under our control, only collect what is reasonably needed for the purposes identified to you, obtain meaningful consent before collection, limit use/disclosure/retention to those purposes, keep information as accurate as necessary, safeguard it with appropriate security measures, and give individuals access to their own personal information on request. Personal information collected through this website and our platform is not sold to third parties.
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver and operate the AI agent and Social Media Manager services you've configured (including publishing content and sending AI auto-replies on the platforms you connect), process billing, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information or the data we receive from Meta platforms, and we do not use it for advertising purposes unrelated to providing the service you signed up for.
We share data with a small number of service providers, solely to operate CodeFounder on your behalf: Supabase, Inc. (database/authentication), Vercel Inc. (hosting), Vapi Inc. (AI voice/reply generation), Stripe, Inc. (payment processing), and Twilio Inc. / Telnyx LLC (telephony for the AI phone agent). Each is contractually restricted to using data only to provide their service to us.
Where CodeFounder integrates with Meta products (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), our use of information received from those platforms is additionally governed by Meta's Platform Terms. We only request the permissions required to provide the features you enable, and you can revoke access at any time from your CodeFounder account or your Meta account settings — doing so deletes the stored access token immediately.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption in transit and at rest.
We review the legality of any government or law-enforcement request before responding, apply a data-minimization approach (disclosing only what is legally required), and keep records of such requests and our responses.
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent for its collection or use where applicable, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. You can disconnect any connected platform, disable auto-replies per platform, or delete your account at any time from your CodeFounder dashboard.
